Use of the www.mnly.eu website is allowed for private purposes and is free of any charges but is subject to respecting the terms and conditions of use. By using the www.mnly.eu web shop you agree to abide by the mentioned terms and conditions.
REGISTRATION
You do not have to register in order to make a purchase from the www.mnly.eu web shop. However, if you do not want to enter your delivery address and information on the payment method each time you are placing an order, we recommend you complete a quick registration process. It includes a one-time-only entry of a valid email address, personal data (name, surname, address, postal number, place of residence, phone number) and a chosen password by which you will access your user account. It is recommended that the password includes a combination of different symbols and upper/lower case letters.
After entering these data, you complete the registration process by clicking at the field “Registration”. Your user account remains registered in the system and is accessed by entering your username and password on the “Login” page. For each following purchase, it is only needed to login with your username and password.
In case you forget your password, click at the “Lost your password?” link on the same page. On this link you will enter the email address you entered upon registration, to which the system will automatically send a reset password link. You can change this password by yourself later in the account settings.
PLACEMENT OF ORDERS
Goods are ordered via electronic form. The web shop is always available and there are no fixed working hours for placing orders. Orders are processed on business days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The buyer must fill in the “Basic information” field for payment and delivery and shall receive an order confirmation via email.
To place your order, choose the “Add to cart” option next to the product you wish to purchase. Once inside the basket, you can change quantities or delete chosen products. After you have chosen the products you wish to buy, click on your basket and select “Checkout”. On the checkout page, fill in your information, select shipping method, then select the method of payment and select “Complete order”. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Cosmetic code d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are located in stock at the moment of delivery. If Cosmetic code d.o.o. is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer via phone or email. All other ordered products will be delivered.
