Payment for goods

The buyer undertakes to pay the ordered products, including delivery costs, to the seller, the company Cosmetic code doo, using one of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery - in cash
  • By bank transfer - by general payment order or Internet banking
  • American Express® one time
  • Diners® one-time
  • Mastercard®, Visa or Maestro® one-time

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of receipt of payment.
If you pay by cash, you will pay for your order in cash to the courier employee upon collection of the goods. The courier offers payment on delivery as an additional service and therefore incurs an additional charge.

If you pay by bank transfer, after creating your order, you will receive all the necessary information to complete the transfer order (general payment slips) in your email. Your order reserves the items and quantity. The usual payment model is 01 (payment by account), but some banks have their own codes. You can leave an order without a model number, but it is best to contact your bank if the system reports an error. In the reference number, be sure to enter the order number (which you received in the email with your order confirmation). This number is used to quickly link your payment to the order.

The usual time for confirming transactions between banks is a maximum of 48 hours. Mnly.hr keeps the reservation for 3 days. The reservation can be extended at your request, if you contact the administrator at info@mnly.eu. The goods are delivered after the amount has been transferred to the giro account.

We use the WSPAY Internet payment service from WEB STUDIO doo, which uses the most modern technologies to protect against misuse, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol and other technologies and security procedures according to the highest standards.

The exchange of sensitive data between the online payment system and the authorization centers of the credit card companies is carried out using a network that is fully protected from unauthorized access. Your sensitive credit card information is delivered online directly to the authorization center. MNLY webshop does not store your credit card information. Import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office for additional costs before purchasing.

Statement on the use of WSPay

www.mnly.eu uses WSPay for online payments.

WSPay is a secure online payment system, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the buyer and merchant with secure entry and transmission of entered card data, which is confirmed by WSPay's PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for entry and transmission of data.

Delivery

The cost for all shipments up to 40€ is 3.90€, and for shipments above 40€, delivery is free and without additional costs, regardless of the payment method.

With the exception of pre-sale, most products in regular sales are sent within 2 to 3 working days and delivered within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch to most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller towns, shipments are delivered according to the GLS schedule).

As a rule, received orders are processed the next business day (Monday to Friday) and sent to the customer (shipment recipient) within 24 hours. The exceptions are promotional and seasonal periods when, due to an increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments may exceptionally take longer than 24 hours.

Transit times with GLS:

  • Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria: GLS delivery to your home address within 2 to 4 business days
  • Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: GLS delivery to your home address within 2 to 5 business days
  • Italy, Ireland: GLS delivery to home address within 3 to 5 business days
  • Greece, France: GLS delivery to home address within 3 to 5 business days
  • Portugal, Spain: GLS delivery to home address within 4 to 6 business days

Transit times depend on the courier service, are indicative and not guaranteed.

After ordering you will receive:

  • order confirmation via email, within a few minutes of order confirmation
  • notification that the order has been sent by GLS via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 business day of order confirmation (except during the pre-sale period when the expected delivery time is longer)
  • an announcement that the shipment will arrive at your address the next day via SMS from GLS, if you have left your mobile number
