The Mnly.hr website may be used for private purposes without any fees for use, subject to the terms and conditions of use. By using the Mnly.hr web shop (online store), you agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions.

REGISTRATION
In order to make a purchase through the Mnly.hr web shop, registration is not required. If you do not want to enter the delivery address and information about the payment method each time you make a purchase, quick registration is recommended. It is enough to enter a valid e-mail address, personal information (name, surname, address, postal code, city, phone number) and an arbitrary password that will be used to access the user account. It is recommended to use a combination of characters, i.e. uppercase and lowercase letters.

After entering this information, complete your registration by clicking on the "Registration" field. Your user account remains registered in the system and can be accessed by entering your username and password on the "Login" page. For each subsequent purchase, you only need to log in with your username and password.

In case you have forgotten your password, select "Lost your password?" on the same page. At this location, you will leave your e-mail address with which you registered, to which the system will automatically send you a link to reset your password. You can later change it yourself in your account settings.

RECEIVING ORDERS
The goods are ordered via an electronic form. The web shop is always open for ordering and there are no working hours for orders. Orders are processed on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The customer needs to fill in the "Profile with basic data" for billing and delivery of the desired products, and will be notified by e-mail about the completed order.


For the product you want to buy, click "Add to cart". In the cart, you can choose quantities or cancel the purchase. After you have selected the desired items, click on the cart and select "Checkout". On the checkout page, fill in your information, select the delivery method, then the payment method and select "Order". Notification of a successfully completed purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.
Cosmetic code doo undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If Cosmetic code doo is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer of the goods by phone or e-mail. All other ordered products will be delivered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the www.mnly.hr online store is protected and Cosmetic code doo has the exclusive right to use it. For any commercial use of the content on the www.mnly.hr website, you must first contact the e-mail address info@mnly.hr.

The "Returns and complaints" section contains the following information and additional clarifications related to:

  • information on the conditions, deadlines and procedure for exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, as well as the form for unilaterally terminating the contract in accordance with Article 74, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
  • information on the fact that the buyer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods in the event that he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, i.e. on the costs of returning the goods in the event that, due to the nature of distance contracts, the goods cannot be returned by mail in the usual way
  • information that, in the event that the buyer exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, after having made a request in accordance with Article 64 or Article 70 of the Consumer Protection Act, he will be obliged to pay the trader a reasonable part of the price in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Protection Act
  • information on the fact that the customer cannot use the right to unilateral termination of the contract from Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act in cases where, based on Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, this right is excluded, that is, on the assumptions under which the consumer loses the right to unilateral termination of the contract.

The seller is liable for material defects of the goods in accordance with relevant positive regulations.

The mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution are as follows: in the event of a dispute between a consumer and a trader, a complaint may be filed with the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, or a proposal for mediation at mediation centres. The procedure before the courts of honour is conducted in accordance with the Regulations on the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Regulations on the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, which stipulate that the members of the councils of these courts, in addition to independent legal experts and representatives of traders, also include consumer representatives. Mediation before mediation centres is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Mediation Act, and in accordance with the Regulations on Mediation of the mediation centre.
